Certes Lodge ("we", "us") operates certeslodge.org. This policy covers what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices available to you. We are not a lender and make no credit decisions.
What we collect
- What you submit. A request through our forms may include your email address, the loan amount selected, and the referring page. This goes to our lending-partner network to generate offers.
- What partners process. The application widget on the Apply Online page is run by a third-party matching network; data entered there follows that provider's privacy policy alongside ours.
- What servers log. Like nearly every website, we may receive standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through hosting and analytics services.
How it's used
- To pass your loan request to lenders or matching partners so they can present offers;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the guides;
- To answer corrections, questions, and privacy requests;
- To detect fraud and protect the service.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. Form submissions go only to the matching network and the lenders needed to process your request, plus service providers (hosting, analytics) under contract. We may disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, deletion. Write to privacy@certeslodge.org to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
- California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" as those terms are defined by law. We don't knowingly sell personal information; note that submitting a request form does route your data to lending partners, which may constitute "sharing" — use the privacy email to opt out.
- Do Not Track. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
Marketing communications & TCPA
Submitting a request form constitutes consent for us and for lenders or partners in our network to contact you about your request — by email, and where you supply a phone number and consent, by telephone including autodialed and prerecorded calls and texts at that number. Consent is never a condition of purchase; you may also request loan offers without a form by contacting lenders directly. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Security & retention
Data moves over TLS encryption and access is restricted. Request records are kept only as long as needed to process your request and meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified.
